With over 20 years of clinical experience, I am passionate about longevity, biohacking, and helping individuals take a more intentional approach to their health. Through Ledesma Wellness Center and The BeWELL Group, I bring together science, purpose, and personalized wellness to encourage healthier living and graceful aging.
After more than two decades in clinical practice, I wanted to create something that brought together the wellness tools, knowledge, and everyday habits I believe deserve a place in our lives.
As I embraced my own journey of aging, I began thinking more intentionally about how I care for my body, and how I could encourage others to do the same, ideally before they reach the point of wishing they'd started sooner.
BeWELL grew from that personal need and a greater purpose: to help people make informed choices, embrace every season of life, and live well with intention.
